Program Description
Join local author Betty Larrea for a 30-minute yoga storytime, followed by a Meet & Greet and book signing.
Betty will read her book Lucinda's Magical Yoga Adventure and guide children through yoga poses, movement, breathing and relaxation exercises. Children will go on a magical yoga adventure, as they pretend to "be" the animals and characters they meet in the story. All they need is a little imagination to discover their connection to themselves, their bodies and the world around them.
Storytime is for children ages 2 through 10 and their families.
Copies of the book will be available for purchase and will be signed by the author after the reading.

Children under 10 years old are welcome to attend with parent or guardian supervision throughout the program.
