Program Description
Paper quilling is the art of cutting paper into long thin strips, rolling and pinching the pieces into different shapes, and then gluing the shapes together to form decorative art. Registrants will learn how to use quilling tools to create the basic shapes that are the foundation of the art. Each patron will create their own quilled initial on canvas. Materials provided. Registration required.

Ages 16+ This program is designed and intended for patrons ages 16 and above. Programs requiring registration may limit participation to those patrons who meet the age requirement.
