Program Description

Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women in the United States. Knowing your heart disease risk factors could save your life or the life of someone you love. BayCare is offering a free heart-healthy screening to help you get to know your heart. BayCare will check your blood pressure, body mass index, and cholesterol as well as assess your risk for diabetes. Pre-registration is required. To register: (855) 546-6304.
