Learn the basics of watercolor painting. Materials provided. Limit one kit per household. 

Kits can be picked up at the Circulation/front desk at the Clearwater MAIN Library located in downtown Clearwater after May 7th. 

Materials provided: Watercolor paper and a watercolor set.

Other materials needed: A pencil, cup of water, paper towels
