Program Description

Join us at the Beach Library as we decoupage seashells to create jewelry dishes using gorgeous napkins/tissue paper and paint. All materials provided, but if you have pretty tissue paper or leftover napkins bring them to add to the mix. Registration required; only one registration per household permitted.
