The Hispanic Leadership Council is a program of the InterCultural Advocacy Institute – Hispanic Outreach Center. Founded in 2006, the Hispanic Leadership Council is composed by 30+ member organizations who collaboratively support the mission of the Hispanic Center and the betterment of all communities.

Mission The Hispanic Leadership Council promotes collaborative partnerships to assist in the evolving needs of the Hispanic / Latin community through awareness, access, education and advocacy while cultivating diversity, equity and inclusivity in our communities

Vision The vision of the HLC is to build an engaged, empowered, Hispanic/Latino community whereby we achieve viability, prosperity, and sustainability.
