Program Description
Join us for a live character performance as performing artist-in-residence, Nan Colton, presents A Portrait of Virginia Woolf. The legendary author talks about how people see one another as she explains the process of having her portrait painted by Jacques-Emile Blanche. This historically accurate performance, set in 1941, explores how character is created, both from the author and artist's point of view. Registration is not required, but space is limited and will be available on a first-come-first-served basis. This program is made possible through the generous sponsorship of the Clearwater Library Foundation.
