Black History Month Special. Join us for the 5th Annual Night at the Library event hosted by the Clearwater African American Remembrance Committee, the Clearwater Historical Society and the Clearwater Public Library System as we share and celebrate Clearwater's African American history. Special Guest Speaker, Martha R. Bireda, Ph.D., Director of the Blanchard House Museum of African History and Culture with performances by Charmaine "C-Maine" Jennings and Walter Jennings.
