Program Description

Program Description

Join us in practicing the ancient art of paper quilling. Paper quilling involves rolling, looping, curling and shaping paper strips and then combining them to create beautiful designs. Knowledge of paper quilling is not required , but is appreciated. All supplies provided. To register, please call 727-444-7979.
