Program Description

El día de los niños/El día de los libros (Children's Day/Book Day), commonly known as Día, is a celebration of children, families, and reading that culminates yearly on April 30. Celebrate with us as we enjoy crafts, games and a special puppet show. 

Katie Adam Make Believe Theater will be presenting the Shadow Puppet show, "Mariposa Martinez and More Tales from Latin America" at 2:30 pm in our Community Room.  

Hispanic stories with a dash of Spanish words, a splash of colorful shadow puppets, and audience participation. Stories include How Color came to the World, The Proud Cuckoo Bird, Mariposa Martinez, and Medio Pollito. 

*No Registration Required, Puppet Show will be based on room capacity*
