Program Description

Join us in the Heritage Studio for an educational and interactive presentation about the history of American Musical Theatre. Each month we will learn about a different era in musical theatre history, and explore the composers, choreographers, and musicals that helped shape musical theatre into the art form it is today.

This month’s topic is the Golden Age of musical theatre. We’ll discuss the influence of musicals like Oklahoma!, Kiss Me, Kate, and West Side Story
