Pick up supplies to create and decorate your own Drag racing cup between the dates of September 14 -24 at the MAIN LIBRARY YOUTH DEPARTMENT, then join us on October 1 for our ZOOM meeting.

 REVISED: NOW THAT THE MAIN LIBRARY IS CLOSED PLEASE PICK UP THE CRAFT KITS AT THE CLEARWATER COUNTRYSIDE LIBRARY: 2642 SABAL SPRINGS DR

Check the STEAM CORNER Table on the Virtual Homeschooler's Club Page on the right side of this page for directions on how to make your drag racing cup. ( Written instructions will be included as well with your supplies)

You will be showing off your decorated Drag Racing Cup and we will race and do various experiments with it involving friction and potential and kinetic energy. Please be prepared to test your drag racing cup on a carpet, a table, a tile or wooden floor and (if it is not raining) on grass and a sidewalk.

Participants will need access to the Internet, a microphone and preferably a webcam. Online registration is required to receive the Zoom meeting ID and password
