Bring the family and come join us for a fun presentation where you can learn all about plastic litter, microplastics, and most importantly what YOU can do to help make a difference!

As the local Keep America Beautiful affiliate, Keep Pinellas Beautiful (KPB) focuses on the education of national/global environmental issues that locally impact our Tampa Bay community. Among some of the rising environmental concerns are the presence of plastics and microplastics in our waterways and its impact on the ecosystem. Microplastics are of great concern due to their presence, long residence time, and ingestion by and harm caused to marine organisms including fish and shellfish consumed by people.
