Stroke kills more than 137,000 people a year. That's about 1 of every 18 deaths. On average, someone dies of stroke every four minutes. Learn how to reduce your risk of stroke and become aware of the symptoms.

BayCare Faith Community Nursing program offers a unique partnership between two healing entities-our hospitals and our faith communities. Recognized as a specialty by the American Nurses Association, Faith Community Nurses are spiritually mature and licensed registered nurses focused on blending a person's faith and definition of living well with the science of medicine to create an acceptable quality of life.
