Health care planning is important. It lets you choose the kind of health care you want if you're unable to make your own decisions due to injury or illness. In this class, learn how to choose a Healthcare Surrogate, living wills and how to complete the proper forms. 

BayCare Faith Community Nursing program offers a unique partnership between two healing entities-our hospitals and our faith communities. Recognized as a specialty by the American Nurses Association, Faith Community Nurses are spiritually mature and licensed registered nurses focused on blending a person's faith and definition of living well with the science of medicine to create an acceptable quality of life.
