Moms and Babies, Join us for this ZOOM program as Shailja Reuter, a pre and post-natal corrective exercise specialist, a certified group fitness instructor and a mom and baby yoga certified teacher explores movement through songs and play. This class is ideal for pre-crawlers and moms of all skill levels, who are medically cleared to participate in exercise. Connect breath, body, and baby.
