This month's presentation is on Ann Lowe, an accomplished African American fashion designer known for known for her exquisite craftsmanship and timeless designs. She gained national attention for creating Jacqueline Kennedy's iconic wedding dress for her marriage to John F. Kennedy in 1953. Despite facing racial and gender discrimination in the fashion industry, Lowe's talent and dedication to her craft earned her a lasting legacy as a trailblazer in American fashion history.
