Enjoy a fun work and play as your burn calories, tone, stretch your body with baby as your weight resistance. We will be in various positions on the floor, seated and standing while using props to engage baby during the program. Suitable for adults and babies from 4 weeks to pre-crawlers. Yoga mat or blanket optional.
