Hosted by Powerful Young Adults Inc., this program provides STEM and website coding training to at-risk and under-served young adults ages 16-25. Our vision extends beyond just coding. It is about empowering youth and young adults with the tools they need to excel in the ever-evolving digital landscape.

Since 2005, PYA has provided free educational, job training and employment opportunities for over 800 youth in the Tampa Bay Area.

Our program has assisted youth with college admissions, vocational training admissions, financial literacy, and more!

We give students a hand up to become the best that they can be!


Ages 16+ This program is designed and intended for patrons ages 16 and above. Programs requiring registration may limit participation to those patrons who meet the age requirement. 

We cannot guarantee that food served at this program has not come into contact with tree nuts, soy, dairy, or other allergens.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may be restricted from participating and registered spots may be given to someone on the waiting list. Repeated late arrivals and a repeated failure to notify staff of cancellation in advance may result in a restriction from participating in future programs.
