Program Description

Program Description

American Mah Jongg is a fun and challenging four player game that provides great mental stimulation along with positive social interaction. It is a wonderful way to make new friends and improve memory and strategic thinking.

This 4-week class (Wednesdays in March-April beginning 3/15/23) taught by Bernadette Preston is designed for beginners and those needing a basic refresher. It will cover the National Mah Jongg rules and fundamentals of this rummy-like game that is played with tiles rather than cards. Each week patrons will learn different aspects of the game; please be prepared to attend all 4 weeks when you register. Registration required.
